Welcome to Pehanoge. By accessing this website and acquiring our products, you agree to the following technical and legal terms. These terms govern the relationship between you and Pehanoge (a brand by Bunty & Bunty Textile Private Limited).

1. Acquisition & Contract

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Pehanoge reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including technical errors, fabric stock depletion, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

2. Technical Specifications & Product Integrity

Purity Guarantee: Pehanoge guarantees the 100% Purity Certification of Lustra-Core™ and Giza-Silk™ based on Government Lab Testing.
Fabric Variance: Due to the organic nature of Oxy-Linen™ and Brushed Cotton, slight variations in texture and shade may occur. These are not defects but markers of natural fiber integrity.
Accuracy: We attempt to display fabric colors and textures with high fidelity. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the physical garment.

3. Intellectual Property

Proprietary Technology: All fabric designations, including Oxy-Linen™, Lustra-Core™, Giza-Silk™, and Thermal-Nap™, are the intellectual property of Bunty & Bunty Textile Private Limited.
Content Protection: Any unauthorized reproduction of our technical matrices, images, or architectural site design is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.

4. User Obligations

Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details within the Pehanoge registry.
Prohibited Use: You may not use our products for any illegal purpose or circumvent the technical security of the website.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pehanoge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific garment in question.

6. Returns & Technical Inspection

All returns are subject to a technical quality inspection. Garments must be returned in their original, unwashed state with all performance tags intact.
Pehanoge reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects.

7. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or the use of Pehanoge products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
