Pehanoge Referral Program Policy

This Referral Program Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the Pehanoge Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

Pehanoge (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or this Policy at any time without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Referral Program is open to registered Pehanoge customers who are at least 18 years of age.

You must maintain an active Pehanoge account in good standing to earn and withdraw referral rewards.

2. How the Referral Program Works

Participants receive a unique referral link or referral identifier (“Referral Link”).

You earn referral rewards when:

• A new customer places an order using your Referral Link.
• The referred order is successfully completed and not returned, refunded, or canceled.
• Pehanoge verifies the transaction as legitimate.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Levels & Commission Structure

The Program includes three referral levels:

Movement between levels is determined by:

• Total number of successful referred orders
• Total referral earnings accumulated

Exact thresholds for level upgrades may be adjusted by Pehanoge at any time.

4. Referral Earnings

Referral earnings are calculated based on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks).

Rewards are credited only after the order passes Pehanoge’s verification period.

Pehanoge reserves the right to reverse referral earnings for:

• Refunded or canceled orders
• Fraudulent activity
• Policy violations

5. Withdrawal of Referral Earnings

To withdraw referral earnings:

• A minimum balance of ₹100 must be reached.
• Withdrawal methods and processing timelines are determined by Pehanoge.
• Identity verification may be required before payouts.

Pehanoge may delay or deny withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Refer yourself or create multiple accounts.
• Use misleading, deceptive, or spam marketing tactics.
• Post referral links on coupon websites, paid ads, or unauthorized platforms.
• Impersonate Pehanoge or present yourself as an employee or official representative.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Immediate termination from the Program
• Forfeiture of referral earnings
• Suspension of your Pehanoge account

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with referral earnings in accordance with applicable laws.

Pehanoge does not provide tax advice.

8. Account Termination

Pehanoge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Fraud or abuse
• Policy violations
• Technical manipulation
• Suspicious referral patterns

Upon termination, unpaid referral earnings may be forfeited.

9. Program Changes

We may modify:

• Commission rates
• Level requirements
• Withdrawal thresholds
• Program structure

at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pehanoge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Referral Program.

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
