Returns & Exchange Policy

At Pehanoge, we maintain a rigorous standard for fabric integrity. Because our materials (Oxy-Linen™, Giza-Silk™, and Lustra-Core™) are high-performance textiles, our return protocols are designed to ensure that the quality of our inventory remains uncompromised.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the garment must meet the following Technical Integrity Standards:

Condition: Must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
Packaging: Must include all original tags (Performance Tags, Purity Certifications) and original packaging.
Hygiene: Items showing signs of fragrance, sweat marks, or skin dander will be rejected immediately during the inspection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized/Altered Garments: Any item adjusted to specific measurements.
Innerwear/Basics: For hygiene reasons, certain close-to-skin layers may be excluded (as noted on the product page).
Archive/Sale Items: Items purchased during “Final Sale” or “End of Season Archive” events.

3. The Technical Inspection Process

Once your return reaches our facility, it undergoes a 4-Point Inspection:

Fiber Integrity: Checking for stretching or mechanical damage.
Structural Memory: Ensuring the garment has not lost its shape due to improper handling.
Purity Verification: Confirming the fabric has not been exposed to harsh chemicals or improper washing.
Hardware Check: Inspection of buttons, zippers, and reinforced stitching.

Failure to pass this inspection will result in the item being shipped back to the customer at their expense, and the return request will be voided.

4. Manufacturing Defects

If a garment is found to have a genuine manufacturing flaw (e.g., stitching failure or dye inconsistency), Pehanoge will provide a full replacement or refund.

Note: Natural variations in Linen or Cotton textures are not considered defects.

5. Refund Timeline

Approval: You will be notified of the inspection results within 3 business days of our receipt of the item.
Credit: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Razorpay/Cashfree) within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched within 48 hours of exchange approval, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Logistics

Reverse Pickup: Pehanoge provides reverse pickup services in supported pin codes.
Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the item to our Bhopal facility. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
