Every Pehanoge garment undergoes a final technical inspection before dispatch to ensure material integrity and construction accuracy. Our logistics protocols are designed to deliver high-performance apparel with the same precision used in our manufacturing.

1. Dispatch Timeline

Processing: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful transaction verification.
Technical Inspection: Each item is inspected for weave consistency and structural memory before being cleared for shipment.
Dispatch: Once cleared, orders are handed over to our premium logistics partners. You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS immediately upon dispatch.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines vary based on the destination’s logistics infrastructure:

Metropolitan Areas: 3–5 business days.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days.
Note: Delays caused by environmental factors, regional holidays, or carrier-specific issues are outside the operational control of Pehanoge.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Complimentary Shipping: Pehanoge may offer free shipping on orders exceeding a specific threshold as defined on the homepage.
Priority Shipping: Expedited options may be available at an additional cost for time-sensitive requirements.

4. Package Integrity & Acceptance

Security Seals: All Pehanoge shipments are dispatched in secure, tamper-evident packaging.
Inspection Upon Receipt: Do not accept any package that appears tampered with or damaged. If you accept a damaged package, Pehanoge cannot be held liable for missing or compromised items.
Verification: We recommend filming an “unboxing video” for high-value orders to serve as evidence in the rare event of transit damage.

5. Address Accuracy

It is the user’s responsibility to provide a precise shipping address and contact number.
BUNTY & BUNTY TEXTILE PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address data or the unavailability of the recipient. Re-shipping charges will apply in such instances.

6. Order Tracking
